Motorola RAZR HD running Ice Cream Sandwich spotted in the wild, apparently with 720p display
Just a few weeks ago, a Motorola workers Picasa album pretty much confirmed the coming of the Motorola Droid RAZR HD and while we can't say his job at Motorola looks to be ongoing it does look like this handset is a go.
This latest leak includes some newly found, albeit fuzzy cam shots from China, showing Motorola model MT887 running Ice Cream Sandwich. This matches the EXIF data posted by that clumsy engineer, which listed the RAZR HD's build as 4.0.3.
According to the latest snapshots, the RAZR HD boasts a 4.3-inch display - with an upgraded resolution of 720 pixels - though the other specs appear to match the current series of RAZRs.
As ‘Android Community’ points out, that rather bulky form factor could mean that there's a 3,300mAH battery to go with it. That's pretty sweet and all -unless of course Motorola has a Droid HD RAZR Maxx set to launch a month right after this fellow. But still, who would be so cruel as to pit your hopes for a RAZR with higher resolution against your dreams of a smart-phone that will last even longer?
